ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

• The start-up's share of Canadian capital must equal 50% or more.
• The start-up's headquarters must be based in the province of Quebec.
• Solution sourced in Quebec.
• The start-up must be no more than 5 years old.
• The start-up must be marketing a product and must meet ANY ONE of the following three conditions:
    - Must have obtained funding that will allow it to continue its activities for at least the next 18 months
    - Must have an annual turnover of $100,000 to $5 M
    - Must have active users of its solution

RULES AND TERMS OF PARTICIPATION

• The content of applications and presentations will be considered public and publishable.
• Applications will be accepted in French OR in English.
• The organizers reserve the right to redirect an application towards another of the large companies' innovation needs, with the participating start-up's consent.
• While they have a serious interest in entering into a business agreement, the large companies that have submitted a challenge to resolve are under no circumstances bound to use the participating start-ups' services or products. Use is at their sole discretion.

The solution must be sourced in Quebec.
